As early as you can, especially for summer weekends. We can get your event booked and finalised a week before your event.
We're based in Yaxley, Peterborough, and work across Cambridgeshire and beyond. We've produced shows as far afield as London and can travel around England, Wales and Scottland.
Depending on how busy we are, we should be able to get back you the same working day.
Hiring kit
Yes. Dry hire kit can be collected from our unit in Yaxley during collection hours.
Monday and Tuesday 9am to 5pm, Wednesday and Thursday 9am to 6pm, Friday 9am to 3:30pm. Closed weekends.
Yes, for production companies and others in the industry who hire from us regularly. It isn't something you apply for: trade rates on kit and crew come with working together over time.
Yes, they're built for outdoor events in any weather.
On the day
Yes, we hire out power distribution for events. We are also able to provide generators from one of our partners.
All our equipment is EET (PAT) tested before hire and checked over by our warehouse staff.
